Besides stock supply of standard models, we also undertake custom development of adhesive and functional film materials. Starting from the structural points of the whole device, we confirm the specific working conditions of bonding, sealing, shielding or thermal management, and match a suitable solution among 3M single-sided tapes, double-sided tapes, VHB structural tapes, transfer tapes and specialty tapes, structural adhesives and thermal materials, as well as waterproof vent membranes, acoustic vent membranes and composite waterproof vent membranes — supporting the customer through the entire process from selection, sampling and verification to mass production.

When standard specifications cannot directly meet the requirements, dimensions, thickness, adhesive system and release material can be adjusted through adhesive lamination, slitting and die-cutting, and delivery can be made as rolls or sheets to suit automated placement.

All materials are managed by original packaging and batch, with datasheets and test reports available. Common models are kept in stock and custom parts are produced against confirmed samples. For custom requirements, please provide drawings, working conditions and acceptance criteria, and we will support you from selection through to mass production.
